Breakthrough Weightloss Academy Terms & Conditions

1. All the content, videos, audio and information on this membership site is entirely private and confidential to you only and must not be shared with anyone else at all.
2. Breakthrough WeightLoss own the rights to all the content completely at all times.
3. Payment must be made on a monthly basis, and 1 month in advance.
4. The minimum length of the contract is 1 calendar month, and you waive your 14 day right to cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations by agreeing to download the digital material within 14 days.
5. Consequently, no refunds are available.
6. On cancellation, the content will continue to be available to you until the month’s payment period has expired, and you can use it freely until the payment period has expired. After this point, you will not be able to access the content, and it must not have been downloaded by you.
7. You can cancel your membership at any point by clicking the ‘cancel’ button in your ‘Account’
